I will be sure to post in here (LJ) as soon as we have dates confirmed. I can also help get you in contact with Patrick, one of the coordinators. Keep in mind, this isn't a *huge* event (say about 100 folks out there), but there is only a small amount of vendor competition (like, one pottery booth) and it covers multiple periods (early 16th - early 17th) with an emphasis on folks coming out to learn how to up their historical game.
I know you're not promising me sales. But you are our main market (16th and 17th centuries, English and German) and we know people who've come out for this event from the Midwest and East Coast!
OMG! I know, right? I am practically hyperventilating over the thought. *chortle* I mean, we have ‘known’ each other for ages honey – but I could finally get to actually MEET you!
Well, of course I'd have to live up to that! Where's my trapeze...
I really REALLY hope the timing works out. As long as we can steer very clear of that last weekend in April, it should be fine. And I think April is a five weekend month in 2011, so you have four others to choose from (although the weekend before the last probably wouldn't be the best choice for us).
We'll keep our fingers crossed and you keep us in the loop!
