Brocolli de Rapa - In Season in Our Garden

Our brocolli de rapa is starting to go to head and flower. Time to harvest!

I found this site with some recipes - I think I am going to have to try at least one this weekend.

Well….it’s called ‘broccoli’, but you eat it more like mustard or turnip greens. Think leafy bits, not florets. ;)
