New costume bloggity-ness soonish. I am starting on a new set of Germans for the husband. Miles of slashes I tell you. MILES.

This fills me with glee. I saw some really, really neat clothes at Pennsic this year. Lots of slashes. I may even be tempted to do an actual slashed garment out of wool and everything.

I really need to slow down and actually * document* what I am going. For example. the wool I am using for one 1/2 of the outfit is a mid-weight worsted and won't full at all - so I am having to line all the long, striped panels of the pants; but since I don't want the liner to show I got to do some fun finagling with size of the liner panels vs. the size of the fashion fabric...on every panel. *chuckle*

Since I am going to be out of town this weekend, I may be forced to hold off on the actual bloggityness until next week; but it is coming!
