Health - Progress to Date

*does a happy dance*
Given that this process has actually gotten easy (i.e. not over-eating and exercising regularly), I am going to see where it leads. In my adult life I have never been in a size 6 anything…
I am keeping an eye on myself; there is a tipping point where too little weight gets unhealthy on a frame my size. I have no desire to be ‘skinny-skinny-skinny’. However, I do want to be healthy-healthy-healthy.
Goals:
Run 10 miles in a stretch (currently at 4.25 maxed)
Do 10 pull ups (currently at 4 maxed)
Be able to ‘plank’ for 3 sets of 60 seconds each (currently at 3 sets of 30-40 seconds)

I think I have always assumed that folks in peak condition could do pull-ups; then again my physical training has mostly been in the ‘running and weight lifting’ arena (and when I was doing dance training I never tried to do pull ups). It certainly makes sense now that I think about it – different sorts of muscle training.
There was a time (12+ years ago) when 10 pull ups would have been easy for me. I was in crazy shape back then. Not sure I will be able to get back to that point, but that is what makes it a “goal”.
