The textile section is 'brief', being mainly composed of the second chapter in the first volume. However, the personal accessories and tools that are covered in great detail throughout the remaining sections make this book totally worth the investment in my mind.

I tend to be a reenactor by nature - someone who wants to get a good idea of not only what was worn by folks in the period, but how they lived and what their daily lives were comprised of. These books do a great job of providing detailed information based on observable data.
