I love my daily breakfast too. I'd eat Greek yogurt, but non-fat sours my stomach and it doesn't come unsugared in a lowfat model, as if anyone wanting to save calories will automatically skip the fat. I choose a low carb vanilla yogurt, about cup and a half of berries (blueberries preferred currently) and one slice of toasted no-sodium Ezekiel bread which is high fiber and made from sprouted grains. I spread some of the yogurt on the toast, and put fruit on top of that. I mix the remaining berries with the remaining yogurt and eat that up after the toast, which is really enjoyable because of the toppings. I totally get upset when I have to choose something else!
